If you’re trying to grow on social media but only have a couple of hours a day, trust me—you’re not alone. I started with no editing skills, limited time, and zero followers. But by sticking to a simple system, I’ve been able to create content, stay consistent, and grow without burning out.

Here’s my weekly plan that balances learning, creating, and uploading, all in just 2 hours a day:
Monday: Learn + Plan
• Watch a short YouTube video on growth or content tips
• Plan 2–3 video ideas or posts for the week
Tuesday: Script + Record
• Write short video scripts (1–2 minutes max)
• Record 2–3 short videos (with just your phone)
Wednesday: Edit + Upload
• Use a free app like CapCut to do basic editing
• Upload the same video to YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, and TikTok
Thursday: Repurpose Content
• Turn part of your video into a text post, quote image, or carousel
• Post on X (Twitter), LinkedIn, or Instagram feed
Friday: Engage + Learn
• Reply to comments, connect with followers, follow other creators
• Watch one video or read a blog to improve your skills
Saturday: Reflect + Plan Ahead
• Check your analytics: What content worked best?
• Note what to improve or try next week
Sunday: Rest or Light Prep
• Optional: post behind-the-scenes or just take the day off!
The key is consistency, not perfection. One short video can be repurposed across 4–5 platforms. You don’t need to go viral overnight. Just show up, learn as you go, and build your presence step by step.
